Job summary

Verizon in the United States is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow sales in a Verizon store, delivering cutting-edge tech solutions and excellent customer service.

You’ll learn customer needs, present product insights, close sales, and participate in ongoing training and events. Compensation includes base pay $16-$21/hr, plus commissions up to $18,000 a year, with total earnings potential of $65,000 to $75,500, and benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skill in operations across merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow your customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside of the store at Verizon-sponsored events.
