Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow your career in one of our retail stores. You will deliver outstanding customer service, uncover needs, and present top-down solutions that combine devices, plans, and services.

You'll earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay with the potential to earn up to $65,000–$75,500 annually through commissions, with geographic variations. This entry-level position offers immediate start and extensive training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts for more income.
• Experience in commission-based sales or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales using your passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with complete solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through training and skills in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow your customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon-sponsored events to expand loyalty.
