Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and excellent customer service.

• Position product insights and recommendations for a complete top-down solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs.
• Develop through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base with outbound calls and texts to Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store at sponsored events.
