Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by connecting with them and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and recommendations to provide a complete top‑down solution.
• Close sales with effective communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and up‑skill across merchandising and inventory.
• Grow your customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon events to expand loyalty.
