Job summary

Comcast is seeking a retail sales associate to engage customers, showcase products, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You will work toward sales targets, support onboarding and billing inquiries, and promote Comcast/Xfinity offerings while maintaining product knowledge and a customer-first attitude.

Your role emphasizes flexible scheduling, teamwork, and adherence to store standards to drive success and customer satisfaction across our retail locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Flexible schedule to meet retail needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Regular, punctual attendance
• Ability to carry and lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and demonstrate product features to enhance shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and improve customer satisfaction with follow-up and service excellence.
• Assist customers with account statements and bill payments in-store.
• Answer questions on services, modify account data, upgrade services, and handle service requests.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Demonstrate expert understanding and passion for technology and Comcast products.
• Maintain up-to-date sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun, competitive store environment and connect products to customers’ daily lives.
• Adhere to retail policies to ensure a consistent, professional store environment.
