Job summary

AT&T in Columbia, TN is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through their options with a consultative sales approach. You’ll be part of the community, help customers online, and respond to inbound and outbound inquiries.

The schedule runs 9am–9pm including weekends, with a 40-hour work week and advanced scheduling two weeks out. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and even without sales experience, training and coaching are provided to help you meet your goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer's needs.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach on the sales floor.
• Be part of the community through events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
