AT&T in Washington, PA is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select wireless, internet and device solutions. You’ll use a consultative approach on the sales floor, building meaningful connections and meeting personal and team targets.

No prior sales experience? Training is provided to help you succeed. The role includes a flexible schedule from 9am to 9pm, weekends, and uncapped commission opportunities with total compensation potential between $47,500 and $75,000.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• AT&T will provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving products.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance schedules.
• Meet and exceed sales goals with uncapped commission opportunities.
