AT&T in Gurnee, Illinois is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with our devices and services. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide choices, handle in-store and online orders, and contribute to strong sales performance.

This role includes weekend shifts, 40 hours weekly, and uncapped commissions. Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, with training provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

Formación

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to meet sales targets and earn commissions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
