Job summary

AT&T in Springfield, Illinois is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to be at the center of customer connections. You'll use a consultative approach to guide shoppers through devices and services, helping families and communities stay connected.

You’ll meet sales targets and earn uncapped commissions, with a schedule between 9 am–9 pm including weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and training will be provided to get you up to speed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching you need to meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission with uncapped opportunities.
• Fill online orders, make outbound calls, and participate in events.
• Be flexible on a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends.
