Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in training for product knowledge.
• Ability to work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and participate in commissions.
• Engage with the community through events and in-store activities.
• Fill online orders and assist customers with purchases.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Support a 40-hour work week with a flexible weekend schedule.
