Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up for customer satisfaction.
• Help customers interpret account statements and pay their bills in store.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
