Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays; schedule known four weeks in advance.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales using knowledge of technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Identify customer needs by asking questions and building connections.
• Present product insights and recommend solutions for a complete sales experience.
• Close sales with strong communication and solution-focused approach.
• Develop skills through ongoing training and inventory/merchandising duties.
• Possibly contact current customers with outbound calls and texts to grow base.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events to expand loyalty.
