Job summary

Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in a worksite-based role. You will grow your career with a team focused on unlocking your potential and sales success in one of our retail stores.

You can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in individual commissions if you hit sales goals. Top performers can reach $65,000+ annually with additional commission potential; compensation varies by geography, hours, and performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Open to additional shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with complete top-down solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Continue to develop through training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
