Job summary

Best Buy in Burbank, IL is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of Best Buy for customers in stores. You will confidently recommend tech products and services to meet each person’s needs, starting with a welcoming interaction and ending with a successful sale.

The role involves product demos, answering questions, performing cashier duties, and helping customers with in-store and curbside pickup. A friendly, sales-driven mindset and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
