Best Buy Bolingbrook is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech and services with friendly, approachable guidance.

You’ll learn products through training, demonstrate demos, handle sales transactions, and support in-store pickup. This part-time role offers employee discounts, benefits eligibility, and opportunities to grow within a strong customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
