Job summary

Best Buy Fort Collins is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide purchases with a friendly approach. You’ll complete cashier duties and help customers through returns and exchanges while staying knowledgeable about our tech solutions.

You’ll work in a fast-paced store, supporting in-store and curbside pickups, with ongoing training and development. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to fit peak times.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or similar fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and recommend items meeting customer needs.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Keep the sales floor clean and stocked.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.
