Job summary

Best Buy Portage, MI is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech and services while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service. You will be involved in product demos, answering questions, and guiding customers to the right solutions.

You will demo products, answer questions, handle cashier duties, assist with curbside pickup, and keep the floor stocked. A background in retail and a flexible schedule are ideal.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and engaging with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
