Job summary

Best Buy Canton, OH is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech products and services to meet their needs.

You will perform product demos, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments, complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges, and stay current through ongoing learning and development. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
