Job summary

Best Buy in Woodland, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, and guide purchases across departments. You’ll handle cashier duties, returns and exchanges, while maintaining product knowledge through ongoing training.

You’ll help with in-store and curbside pickup, keep the floor stocked, and participate in a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Customer-facing experience and willingness to learn tech products.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
