Best Buy is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in the United States. You will be the face of Best Buy for customers visiting our stores, learning to confidently recommend tech products and services tailored to each person’s needs.

If you’re passionate about sales or helping others, this role is a great fit. You’ll welcome customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, handle cashier duties, and assist with in-store and curbside pickups while staying stocked and informed.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.
