Best Buy is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the brand in our stores. You’ll learn the skills to confidently recommend tech products and services tailored to each customer’s needs. If you love helping people, this role is a great fit.

You’ll greet customers, demo products, and provide recommendations across departments. You’ll handle cashier duties, maintain clean shelves, and support in-store pickup and curbside orders, with ongoing learning to stay knowledgeable.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
