Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of Best Buy in our stores. You will be trained to confidently recommend the right tech products and services to meet each customer's unique needs.

In this role you will welcome customers, perform product demos, handle cashier duties, stay current with product knowledge, keep the sales floor tidy, and assist with in-store and curbside pickups. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
