Job summary

Best Buy in Columbia, MO is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select tech products and services. You’ll train with our staff to confidently recommend solutions and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform product demos, assist with in-store and curbside pickups, and handle cashier duties while maintaining store standards. A 3-month retail background and a flexible schedule including holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
