Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, training you to confidently recommend tech products and services tailored to each customer’s needs. If you enjoy sales or helping people, this role is a great fit.

You will greet customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, process purchases and keep the floor stocked while supporting in-store pickup and curbside orders.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
