Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills across complex technology ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration across teams to identify pain points and define platform enhancements.
• Draft clear, user stories, epics, and features with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by clarifying requirements and validating outcomes.
