Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, technical product management, business analysis, software engineering, or related fields.
• Experience delivering enterprise software products.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Healthcare technology experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, and security best practices.

This role owns product strategy, stakeholder engagement, prioritization, roadmap execution, and provides hands‑on technical participation in solution design, integrations, and delivery planning.

Key Responsibilities

Additional Details

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who is a motivated, hands‑on leader who can balance strategic thinking with technical depth, embrace complex challenges, and drive product excellence from concept through delivery. This position will require someone who can speak fluent business, fluent customer, and fluent engineer. That combination is much more valuable to us today than hiring a pure Product Manager or a pure engineering leader.

You will be required to own product strategy, stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and roadmap execution for the development organization, enabling the CTO to focus on technology leadership, architecture, and strategic initiatives, while also bringing enough hands‑on technical expertise to effectively partner with engineers and contribute to technical documentation and product development success.
