Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Technology Specialist at Lexus of Brookfield to deliver high-level training and technical support on vehicle software and devices. You will guide customers through equipment use, explain service outcomes, and train staff across departments.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and Lexus certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must complete Lexus certification within the first 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and establish set times for service appointments for technical reviews and/or additional training.
• Record information relative to each technical review in customer database.
• Provide training to customers to ensure they understand the value of the equipment and how to use it.
• Review and explain completed work and changes to customers when applicable.
• Provide technical training to sales, service and other employees as assigned by management.
• Maintain high customer service standards (CSI) and handle phone inquiries regarding appointment and work in process.
• Perform any administrative duties as assigned.
