This role emphasizes customer education, high service standards, and collaboration across teams to ensure optimal vehicle tech performance.

Responsibilities include scheduling reviews, documenting visits, delivering customer-focused training, and explaining completed work.

Qualifications

• Must complete Lexus certification within the first 30 days.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and set times for service appointments for technical reviews or training.
• Record information from each technical review in the customer database.
• Provide training to customers to explain equipment value and usage.
• Explain completed work and changes to customers when applicable.
• Maintain high CSI and handle inquiries about appointments and work in progress.
• Perform any administrative duties as assigned.
