Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Technology Specialist at Lexus of Brookfield to provide training and technical support for in-vehicle software and devices. This is a fast-paced opportunity within one of the country's largest dealership groups.

You will schedule technical reviews, record information in the customer database, and train customers and staff to understand and use the equipment. The role offers growth opportunities, paid training, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Effective interpersonal skills; customer-focused approach.
• Must complete Lexus certification within the first 30 days and keep current.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and establish set times for service appointments for technical reviews and training.
• Record information relative to each technical review in customer database.
• Provide training to customers to ensure they understand the value of the equipment and how to use it.
• Review and explain completed work and changes to customers when applicable.
• Provide technical training to sales, service and other employees as assigned by management.
• Maintain high customer service standards (CSI) and handle phone inquiries regarding appointment and work in process.
• Perform any administrative duties as assigned.
