Job summary

Power Design, Inc. seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead field teams, ensuring quality, safety and customer satisfaction on multimillion-dollar projects. This role emphasizes mentorship and using technology, including company-approved iPads, to stay on schedule and compliant with NEC and local codes.

You will work with the project superintendent and trades, supervising scope and promoting career growth through our training programs at the St. Petersburg facility.

Qualifications

• Progressive electrical leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path.
• At least five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license (active).
• Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and trades, managing materials and manpower.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards on site.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to keep the job on time and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees on the designated scope.
