Job summary

Power Design is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field teams on multimillion-dollar electrical projects. The role emphasizes quality, safety and customer satisfaction, with access to iPads and on-site training at our 16,000-square-foot facility in St. Petersburg, FL.

You will supervise material and manpower, enforce NEC/code compliance, mentor staff, and collaborate with the project superintendent to deliver on-time results while upholding Power Design’s core values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a scope and multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• Strong NEC knowledge and local code understanding.
• Basic computer and writing skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material and manpower with project superintendent and trades.
• Enforce and promote high safety and quality standards.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to manage schedules and communications.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees on the designated scope.
