Job summary

Power Design is seeking an electrical foreman to lead field teams on multimillion-dollar projects, ensuring quality, safety and customer satisfaction. This role leverages technology (iPad, smartphone) and offers training opportunities at our 16,000‑sq‑ft facility in St. Petersburg, FL.

You will supervise crews, manage scope, materials and manpower, enforce NEC and local codes, and mentor staff while upholding our values of integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth.

Qualifications

• Progressive electrical leaders who value technology and want a clear career path.
• At least five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with material and manpower management.

• Competitive salary: $70k-125k per year.
