Experience is helpful but not required; we value a positive attitude, clear communication, and a willingness to learn. The role involves assisting at the Service Desk overflow and maintaining a friendly store environment.

• Basic computer skills required.
• Retail, technology, photography, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
• Available to work a flexible schedule normally 8-5 during weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and offer prompt, friendly assistance.
• Help customers select computers, cameras, accessories, and related products.
• Explain product features clearly without using unnecessary technical language.
• Provide patient, step-by-step assistance to older customers.
• Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately.
• Stock merchandise, organize displays, and keep the sales floor and photo lab clean.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot basic computer, camera, and photo-order issues.
• Assist in overflow coverage for our Service Desk to include documenting customer and service information, and routing questions.
