Camera Corner Connecting Point (Tusker) in Green Bay, WI is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our fast-paced team. This entry-level, hourly role supports customers on the retail floor and assists with service logins, photo lab ordering, and basic tech explanations.

You will welcome customers, help them choose computers and cameras, operate the cash register, and keep displays tidy while delivering excellent service in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and offer prompt, friendly assistance.
• Help customers select computers, cameras, and related products.
• Explain features clearly without using unnecessary technical language.
• Provide patient, step-by-step assistance to older customers.
• Operate photo lab equipment and process print orders accurately.
• Help customers order prints, enlargements, photo gifts, and other photo products.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot basic computer, camera, and photo-order issues.
• Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately.
• Stock merchandise, organize displays, and keep the sales floor and photo lab clean.
• Manage several tasks at once while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Follow store procedures for safety, equipment operation, and customer privacy.
• Assist in other areas of the store when needed.
• Provide overflow coverage for our Service Desk to include:
• Assist Service Department customers with device drop-off and pickup.
• Accurately document customer, device, and service information.
• Provide basic service updates and route technical questions to Service Department technicians.
• Assist with Service Department administrative duties, including parts ordering, tracking, and management.
