Job summary

Nations Photo Lab is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in the United States. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, process orders, and manage customer accounts while collaborating with the team to improve service quality.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in high-volume customer support, strong typing (60 wpm), and experience with CRM tools like Zendesk and MS Office. A passion for print media or photography is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven customer support experience in a high-volume call center environment.
• Prior experience in phone/chat/email customer support.
• Exceptional typing ability (60 wpm).
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity and experience with CRM technologies (MS Office, Zendesk, data processing systems).
• Strong keyboard skills.
• An interest in print media, photography, or a similar industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and process orders.
• Manage essential customer account information and workflow.
• Communicate with customers to address questions and concerns; build relationships.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with team leader and director to drive continuous improvement.
