Job summary

This role will manage consolidations, financial reporting, audit support, tax coordination, and partnering with executives to close within five business days.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a Controller role.
• Experience with multi-entity month-end close and consolidated financial statements.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and technical accounting judgment.
• Experience with NetSuite or comparable accounting system.
• Advanced Excel skills such as Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Own the full month-end close from pre-close through hard close within a 5‑business‑day window.
• Prepare the consolidated trial balance and monthly financial reporting package.
• Lead variance analysis and budget-to-actual reporting with executive input.
• Support audit, tax, and regulatory reporting activities and strengthen internal controls.
• Drive process improvements using automation and AI tools; mentor staff.
