Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops.
• Collaborate with product leaders, architects, and engineers to evaluate solution options and design workflows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist backlog grooming to support delivery.
• Assist QA with test planning and acceptance testing to ensure delivered functionality meets requirements.
• Engage stakeholders, communicating status, requirements, and impacts across teams.
• Focus on areas like contact center technology, data analytics, API integrations, and systems modernization.
