Chase is hiring an Associate Banker to deliver warm, attentive service and promote Chase products. You will greet clients, handle transactions, open accounts, and guide customers to self-service tools.

You will build trusted relationships by listening and advising, while collaborating with branch experts to help clients achieve their financial goals. The role focuses on exceptional client experiences, adherence to regulations, and teamwork within the Consumer & Community Banking division.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby traffic.
• Exceed client expectations with day-to-day transactions and new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on technology self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and connecting clients to experts.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
