Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients as they enter the branch.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options via mobile app and online tools.
• Build relationships through listening, empathy, and product knowledge to meet client goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and ATM/cash vault duties.
