Job summary

Napleton's Chevrolet of Wayzata in Minnesota is seeking a Service Advisor to liaise with customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and maintaining clear communication throughout the service process.

The role offers incentive-based pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, paid vacation, and ongoing training. Prior automotive service advisor experience is a plus, and background checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure maintenance needs are addressed.
• Write repair orders with cost and time estimates.
• Provide timely communication and updates throughout the service process.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers and staff.
• Utilize Fixed Ops technology in daily tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
