Napleton's Chevrolet of Wayzata is seeking a Service Advisor to join our dealership team in Wayzata, MN. You will serve as the liaison between customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and keeping clients informed throughout the service process.

You will write repair orders with transparent cost estimates, deliver exceptional service, and collaborate with parts and technicians to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn and utilize technology.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screen per local laws.
• 18+ years of age or older.

Responsibilities
