Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, LLC seeks a results-driven sales/account professional to manage a portfolio of technology support service renewals and new contract opportunities. You will drive on-time renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and negotiate commercial terms with education and nonprofit customers.

The role requires fluency in Japanese and Mandarin and collaboration with account teams and internal partners. The position is remote with West Coast business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3+ years tech sales or account management.
• 3+ years solution sales or consulting services sales.
• Fluency in Japanese and Mandarin.
• Manage a book of business and close deals.
• Remote work ability and West Coast location.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of service renewals and new contract opportunities.
• Drive on-time renewals and improve renewal rates.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and revenue.
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals with customers.
• Collaborate with account managers, customer success, and internal deal desks.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast commentary.
• Develop account and portfolio strategies to meet targets.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand priorities and support purchasing decisions.
• Communicate business value of solutions and align to customer objectives.
• Execute close plans and resolve blockers to completion.
