Job summary

Blueprint Technologies seeks a Technology Sales Specialist fluent in Japanese and Mandarin to manage a portfolio of technology support contracts. You will drive renewals, identify new business, and maximize client value across education and nonprofit sectors.

You will collaborate with account managers, customer success, and internal teams to craft proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. A results-driven sales professional with independent account management experience is ideal for this

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
• 3+ years of solution sales or consulting services sales experience.
• Fluency in Japanese and Mandarin with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer accounts independently and drive opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Experience handling objections and negotiating terms.
• Strong CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
• Ability to work remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams on West Coast hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, owning end-to-end sales for renewals and new contracts.
• Drive on-time renewals and identify opportunities to recapture at-risk business.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and generate incremental revenue.
• Engage with customers to understand needs, discuss terms, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Collaborate with account managers, customer success teams, and deal support to develop proposals and scope services.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and progress reporting.
