You'll develop your own market, build relationships with senior decision-makers and technology professionals, and learn how to win business. This is a sales-driven career with uncapped commission and fast-track progression.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of sales experience, ready for a new challenge.
• Background in B2B or B2C sales, SaaS or tech sales is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and build relationships with clients.
• Speak with senior decision-makers and understand their hiring needs.
• Identify and engage with candidates within your market.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial conversation to placement.
• Build and maintain client and candidate networks.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Work toward individual and team targets.
