Job summary

Best Buy in the United States is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers choose tech products and services tailored to their needs. You’ll learn on the job and apply skills to advise customers across departments.

You’ll welcome customers, perform demos, handle transactions, and support in-store and curbside pickups while maintaining knowledge through ongoing training and staying flexible with shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of experience in retail or a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos and make recommendations to meet customers' needs.
• Handle cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.
