Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers choose tech products and services to meet their unique needs. You'll be trained to confidently recommend solutions and to provide friendly, knowledgeable service across all departments.

You will demo products, answer questions, and complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges. You’ll also keep the sales floor clean and well stocked, assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders, and stay

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
