Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers select the right tech products and services. You’ll receive training to confidently recommend solutions while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet customers, demonstrate products, handle cashier duties, and support pickup orders. A 3-month retail or similar experience and flexible scheduling are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Comfort with engaging customers and working with product demos.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos and make recommendations to meet customers' needs across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
