Best Buy in Collegeville, PA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers choose tech products and services. You’ll learn the skills to confidently recommend the right solutions and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience.

As part of our team, you will welcome customers, perform product demos, handle cashier duties, and keep the floor stocked. A minimum of 3 months’ retail experience and a flexible schedule including holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
