Best Buy in Pennsylvania is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, confidently recommending tech products and services to meet customers’ needs. We’ll train you with the skills you need to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll perform product demos, assist with purchases, returns, and exchanges, and help keep the sales floor stocked. The role requires 3 months of retail or similar experience and a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of experience in retail or a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge through training.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.

• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
