Job summary

Best Buy in Dublin, OH is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose tech products and services that fit their needs. You will perform product demos, answer questions, make thoughtful recommendations, and process purchases and returns.

You’ll help keep the sales floor organized, participate in in-store pickup activities, and stay current with product knowledge through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
